We do not routinely collect and store any personal information that could be used to identify you as an individual.
However, if you choose to register your copy of ReverseMyTrailer (Windows version), we wil store the email address you supply. This will only be used for the purposes of sending newsletters (if you consent) and enabling extra app features (if applicable).
We do collect the following information:
Your approach routes are automatically recorded on your device when you undertake any reversing manoeuvre. This recording takes the form of numerical data which represents the position of your vehicles in the scene.
If you choose to view a recording this data is uploaded to our web server where it is processed to generate an analysis of your performance. Each recording also contains an anonymous label that is unique to your app installation. This is used to group your recordings for your convenience.
Recordings may also be posted on a High Scores web page, where they will be visible to other users.
Simulator settings you have selected may also be uploaded to our web server. This information is used in route analysis as described above and also for usage analysis. This data is also linked to your unique, anonymous label.
We do not share any information we have collected with any third-parties.
We do not use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, or other tracking technologies on the App.
Whenever you visit a web page or upload information we may use your ip address to determine your rough geographical location (city/country) for the purposes of usage analysis.
We also use Google Analytics for the same purpose.
The App does not contain links to any third-party websites
